IMPLANT-BASED PERMANENT DENTURES
- They are made with CadCam technology, maximum precision.
- They are made from a single block, so they are less vulnerable.
- Zirconium dentures are aesthetically perfect, so there is no need for a porcelain coating.
- The hardness of zirconium dentures is similar to that of natural teeth, hardening from the inside out.
- An ideal choice if someone is prone to teeth grinding.
- Stable and wear-resistant, therefore long-lasting.
- Relatively quick to make
Zirconium dentures are high-quality and durable dental restorations, but metal ceramics are the next best solution if someone cannot have one. We make metal-ceramic dentures of a special nickel-free cobalt alloy. The material is strong and flexible, so that it can withstand high loads. For this reason, they are particularly suitable for making complete dentures. Nickel-freeness is an essential factor due to the risk of metal allergies.
- Durable, long-term dental restoration solution.
- Quick to make.
- More affordable price.
- High load capacity.
- Suitable for making complete dentures.
- Many decades of experience behind it.

DENTAL IMPLANTATION UNDER ANAESTHESIA
WHY IS A LONG-TERM TEMPORARY DENTURE NECESSARY?
Tooth extractions and implant placement cause some wear on the gums, causing them to swell and deform slightly. The sample is taken in this altered, temporary state, which is one of the reasons why only long-term temporary dentures are possible to make. The other reason is that the final porcelain denture would put too much strain on the newly implanted implants that have not yet been integrated into the bone. That is why we make a lighter, temporary denture acrylic is necessary, which, in addition to being aesthetic, provides perfect bite and chewing strength.
The inflammation will subside quickly, and the gums will recede and return to a normal state, but the complete, safe ossification of the implants will take about 4-6 months. We usually recommend replacing the permanent temporary denture with a permanent denture after six months. (The price of the permanent denture is not included in the implant placement package price.)
We recommend replacing the long-term, temporary denture with a permanent one after about six months. After this time, it will also become clear that the implanted implants have been properly fixed and ossified into the bone tissue. If everything is OK, we start making the permanent denture(s). That is possibly a metal-ceramic or zirconium denture. Which one is more suitable for the patient can be decided during a personal consultation with the specialist.
Dental implant-based oral rehabilitation, complete dentures, possible with One-Phase or Two-Phase implants, or All-on-4 and All-on-6 procedures. Which solution is best for you? We can decide in a personal consultation.
